I think that's because its a base Premium leather option. Accent package is only available in ebony or redline.

Ah then the builder is screwed up still you are correct. So it allows you to select Redline recaros without the accent package but it shouldn't according to the verbiage.

The builder says no. Race red switches recaros from redline to ebony.

On this one there is no question. The recaro package is the same price for both colors and the price for redline specifically is the same. The builder isnt wrong. You get recaro packages exclusively for seats if you want them and you leave out the base and premium seat options.

Yes thats what it appears to be in the final builder. Its included in the Recaro seat package price. I.e. No upcharge for redline recaros. You dont have to also get the Premium Trim Color Accent option. Infact you can't. It's one or the other. You either choose base seats, premium color accent...

Good news. Thats 400 less. Yeah the redline recaros are only red stitching but Im going black anyway.

The Ford builder isn't complete yet. Its missing a lot of interior options and visual representations. You need to wait till Ford makes it live live as I said before.

Uh thats exactly what the bolstering is for. To not have to do the stuff you do. And yes we use it and yes its better. We dont all live in concrete jungles.

Ford does that with yellows because a yellow car would be hideous with colored inserts. Trust me as a former yellow pony car owner. Yellow + Black leather = rockstar. That Magnetic is awfully boring if you were going to go triple yellah.

Quite frankly if you're not driving in them you can't judge them at all. All seats feel the same when youre sitting in them. The Recaros feel a little bit different because of the back height but thats it. Its when you're driving it hard and being kicked to the sides that you know its there...

There is no way the standard seats offer the grip and bolstering of the Recaros regardless of how improved they are. One look at the seats in any of a 1000 pictures will tell you that. The material isn't there. Especially if you're on the skinner side like me, side support is critical.
