I may consider going for longer OCI's in a daily driver, but in a vehicle with this kind of power, I prefer a much shorter interval, 5k would be my max. Oil changes are to cheap of an insurance.
I am 67 and used to always change my own oil, but then we went full-time in a motorhome for 6 years to travel. Had to rely on others for my oil changes. Just started doing my own again, as I got tired of having so many places put to much oil in the vehicle. Seems like they do it right a couple...
I just wanted to thank everyone for there input, it was really helpful, I have decided to go with the Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02. The extra savings was the deciding factor, with most saying the 2 makes were pretty even
I must say I am really glad I asked about these tires, you guys have been really helpful. The biggest surprise is the difference in Tread width. I wouldn't even have thought about that. Especially on the front tires. The ESCS02 tire in the 265 width is still .3" narrower than the MSPS4 in the...

Yes, very slight difference. To me the MPS4S felt a touch more crisp on turn in during spirited driving. But we're probably talking about a less than 5% difference. I'd gladly trade that for the improved ride and quietness.
Also we should remember the MPS4S that came with the PP1...
I just checked on Tire Rack, and for the front 255/40-19 the tread width on the Continental is 0.6" narrower than the Michelin
On the rear 285/35-19 the Continental is 0.1" narrower.
The rears are pretty similar, but the front is noticeable.
I could probably live with the front being a 1/2"...
Thanks for the info, the fact that the Conti's are a little narrower may be the deciding factor for wanting the Michelin's. Don't really want anything narrower, and was hoping to stay with the Stock Rims
I am going to have to get some new tires in the spring, and have seen some favourable comments on the Continental Extreme Sport 02. They are definitely a better price, so was wanting to hear comments from people who have had both and there thoughts on them. Is it worth the money savings to go...
I just went from a 2020 GT with PP1, to a 2013 Boss 302, and have to say that the shift from 1-2 going around a corner with traction control on is pretty much the same controllable slide.
Ironically that is what I just did, just Picked up a Green 13 Boss. Due to the weather up here haven't really had much chance to use it, but the little I have I really am liking it. Really like the tighter gearing in the tranny
Also just love the sound of the Road Runner especially with the Red...
I just sold my 2020 GT with PP1 and 6 speed manual and replaced it with a 2013 Boss 302.
I will say the shifting is notcher in the Boss, but it does seem to handle the shifts ok. The lower gearing in the Older MT is way nicer drive with . The Boss may have a little less power, but it feels...
