I'm have to disagree with this unless I am buying the car to go on long trips with.
I went from a 2020 GT with PP1, Magnaride and Active Exhaust
To a 2013 Boss 302, the Boss is way more fun to drive and take out for a nice cruise. Just having that feel of raw aggression in the car makes it so...
The Boss is doing great, the Gertag is a little notch and the clutch works ok so far. I don't drive the crap out of it, but the Gertag hasn't missed a shift so far when I do get into it.
Really do like this car. It is a lot more fun to drive than my 2020 PP1 was
Have to totally agree, there are some customers that demand more and more, no matter how hard you try.
We just turned down a customer trying to buy an RV for over 100k. He just would not quit trying to get more, and then more. Was also one of the fussiest customers I ever dealt with. The biggest...
I would say that the GT has made gains with the A10 and increased power.
But the power does not offset the increased gearing in the MT-84.
The 24 GT couldn't get out of 3rd gear while the 16 was into 4th is huge difference
I know with the tighter gearing in the MT-82 on my 13 Boss 302, it is definitely faster the my 2020 GT PP1 with the MT and the wider gearing in the transmission. So the results do not surprise me at all.
To me it does, my time is valuable, so I have a choice sit a dealership and pay extra money, or utilize that time and do it myself, saving money. Also frustrating when the dealership is behind schedule and you have to wait even longer.
I agree with the to much pressure, to cure it get a good finish polish and white foam pad. Let the machine do the work with light pressure and it should polish right up for you
What did you use for a pad for the polishing. VSS should polish out better than what you're showing. Although you should go over it with a finishing polish for the final buff to get that extra shine.
I just went from a 2020 GT PP1 to the Boss, and I definitely prefer the Boss, the tighter gearing and the rawness of the car, make it way more enjoyable to drive
Other than replacing the flimsy rear Factory Shifter Bracket underneath (2 Bolts) the rest is done from above.
This is for the Ford Racing Shifter whichI believe is the same as the Barton Shifter.
Looks like an easy install
I would definitely go for the lower gearing, dropping to the 4.09's would be a great upgrade.
I went from a 2020 GT with PP1 that had the 3.73's to a 2013 Boss 302, with 3.73 but the MT82 was definitely geared much lower. The Boss is definitely faster than the 2020 GT, as well more fun to drive...
Inflation is a world wide problem, that happens after historically low interest rates. The world's economy have been relying on low interest rates to help keep the economy growing. Sooner or later you have to pay the piper. Interest rates have never been lower than they have over the last 15-20...
