Same here. There was no damage or scratches at all. Ford claimed that I must have "hit the taillight" without leaving any marks and that's how it cracked

I'm assuming he used vinyl which means he probably did it himself with the lights on the car. That's how most people do it anyways. So no removing of the lights whatsoever

That's exactly how I got treated. I had to force them to look at the light, otherwise they didn't give a crap about it. Completely ridiculous

My drivers side tailight cracked for no reason whatsoever. No scratches or any signs of contact with anything. Took my tailight tint off and brought it to the dealer only to find out they wouldn't warranty it. They told me I hit it with something even though there was no damage. Two dealerships...

Absolute worst company to deal with. Only reason I'm running their spoiler now is because my stock one is damaged. Horrible customer service. Can't back their product up whatsoever and no quality control. I advise everyone not to even consider buying from them.

I've read of at least a handful of s197 that blew naturally aspirated. Tuned and stock. That's the only thing that worries me about tuning it

I was told it smells like that when you don't have a catch can but I do have one so I'm still unsure about the smell
