I had a similar issue where I though it was radial pull, swapped tires and same issue - turned out to be a very fine tuning of the tire pressure across all tires.
Verify the cold pressures are within 0.5 PSI (or less) of eachother.
I kid you not, when I say this fixed my issue.
Try updating the SCT programmer firmware itself from SCT - I had a few issues with mine throwing various errors and misbehaving until I did this. It just requires the SCT software and your laptop.
