So did mine, the thing about 'quiet mode' is that the exhaust valves open on shut down from last time driven, so upon start-up even in quiet it will still bark until they close.

If that was your first time ordering you can't blame yourself, your dealer has direct ties to Ford, not you, they screwed you, they knew better, they just wanted a sale, to bad for your disappointment.
