I used Shorai lithium iron battery in my last 3 cars. It weighs 1.5 lbs. I had no problems at all. Because I autox the car, and I am allowed to change the battery in my class (STP) I will be try the same lightweight battery again. Removing that kind of weight on the front end helps. Simmons
