From my experience within the last 11k miles on my 17, my normal operating tempatures are as follows (Based on Oklahoma Winter weather)
Axle Oil Temp - Depends on driving of course, but on average driving around town or on the highway I Have yet to see it get hotter than 160. Tends to stay...
Haha just what I wanted to hear. I have a couple drops on my keyboard just looking at the pictures on the website lol. After all the great things I've heard about the MGW it made my decision really easy.
I've heard nothing but great things about the MGW, this is why it's so hard to decide! Do I want the shifter everyone praises or louder exhaust? FML
I'm in the same boat, I don't know if it will be worth the extra money, but I also don't like the idea of cutting out the resonators and welding pipe back up to the stock Y, I'd rather go ahead and get the Y pipe as well just for peace of mind and knowing it looks nice and clean under there...

I'm not 100% sure, But mine is my daily and i'll be driving it for the remainder of winter, but solid point, might as well wait the extra time and get exactly what i want. I just hope that i don't have to step up to 20s because of the caliper issue :headbonk:
