I ordered mine on Saturday. It's hard to beat $99 shipped.
Gotta have somewhere to put my black nickel/black coyote badge when it gets here. Now I just need the Racemesh grill to install the black nickel/blue coyote badge for the front. Wanna buy me a Christmas present, Landon? :D
I reverse park everywhere I go, including my garage. I've done this since I was 16, and it's a much safer way to park. It's safer to back into a known empty space than to back out into the unknown shared space. Quite frankly, since I've done it for so many years it's extremely easy to do and has...
Based on what you've said, the tint shade is definitely what you're looking for. I'm not sure what film the other guys use. Lamin-x is a premium product, so it could be a case of "you get what you pay for".
BigWormGraphix uses Lamin-x film for their tint kits. They offer three shades: 1) TINT is the lightest and looks a lot like the factory smoked lenses (ever seen the headlamps on the F150 FX2 or FX4?); 2) GUNSMOKE is a bit darker, and looks to be about the equivalent of the LMR kit linked above...
dab86 Any chance you could snap some closeup shots of the grill? I really like the Racemesh grill, but I'm having trouble justifying that cost for a cosmetic item. This Dusold grill looks like a possible alternative for about 46% less, but I'd like some closer photos for comparison.
Thanks in...
I had David BigWormGraphix and crew remove my gunsmoke lens tint and install the charcoal. They just weren't dark enough before. Looks sick now.
I also had them replace the chrome GT emblem for the UPR gloss black one. That'll hold me over till the coyote badges get here.
Too dark for pics...
Good to hear no hog rings are required for the Mustang kit. My Sonata required a total of about 50 of them, which definitely put it on the harder end of the DIY scale. If it's just clips and hook and loop, the install should be pretty easy.
The Katzkins kits will work just fine with the heated/cooled seats as long as you select the option for perforated leather.
It's unlikely Katzkins will create a kit for cars with OEM leather since that market will be pretty small. I'm not sure how much the cloth seats differ from the leather...
Honestly, I doubt anyone would even know they are blue...the color when lit is extremely subtle. The color reads very similar to HID lamps. FWIW, blue lighting of any kind is also illegal here, but I've had no issues with these tinted fog lamps.
I also have the blue fog lamp tints from BWG, and they're not nearly as noticeable when lit as the green ones above. Attached are some crappy cell phone pics of mine from a couple angles, plus a couple daytime shots.
The CDC Outlaw spoiler touches both the top and rear faces of the deck lid and it fits both the fastback and convertible. It has a notch in the center for convertible brake light clearance.
Based on the photos of the MMD spoiler it should fit either deck lid just fine. The only potential...
I keep mine within the legal limit. Fortunately Texas has no limit for glass behind the b-pillar. I'm running 30% film on front side windows and 15% everywhere aft of that. Nothing on the windshield (illegal below the AS/1 line, which is nearly to the top of the windshield on the S550).
Holy...
Yup
This exactly
What he said
What, you don't like your two extra cylinders? :D
Six months and 6800 miles and I STILL have to look at the damn buttons every time. I don't get it.
The one thing I definitely wouldn't change...the big ass smile that's plastered all over my face EVERY...
