My dealer charges $85 for a full synthetic oil & filter change with tire rotation and fluid service. I thought that was high at first, but it seems to be in line with what most are paying.
I'm also in for second Saturdays at Esparza's. We should also consider some weekday meets as well for those members that work weekends. I'm thinking about Harley2k but I'm sure there are others as well.
Genxer Mark, I participate at Cars & Coffe and try to make a round or two to see all the...
To echo most of the other opinions, the package is definitely worth having, especially if you can negotiate a great deal on the car.
That said, I actually think the BLIS indicators (the small orange lights in the mirrors) are either not large enough, not bright enough or poorly placed. It is...
This is my first Mustang as well. I've liked many of the Mustang models over the years, but never enough to actually spend money for one.
I wasn't sold on the S550 when I first saw the Motor Trend photos in December 2013. But, when I saw the first one in person three months later at the...
The second batch order was just released. He orders some extras with each batch, so you probably still have a good shot at one. Send him a PM to be added to the waitlist.
I had a great time today...eighteen cars in total. I'm already looking forward to our next get-together.
I'm no photographer, but here's some evidence that DFW S550 owners CAN actually socialize. I'm HORRIBLE with names, so please help me fill in the blanks.

Very funny, Stacy!
I actually did wash the car tonight, but it's cold as hell out there with the wind, so I didn't dry or detail it. I'll be sure to have microfiber and spray wax on hand, though. Wouldn't want to disappoint.
Matte black on Oxford white will be awesome. The extractors, roof and spoiler will be just right. You MAY consider the skull caps on the mirrors also, but I wouldn't go any further than that if it were my car.
Don't worry about the deck lid panel. The matte GT will be enough to tie the other...
You won't be disappointed. David and his team do great work and are super cool to chat with. The downside to that is he can up sell you a lot easier since he's so easy to talk to. The dogs are great, too - I end up playing with them every time I'm at the shop (David's taken a lot of my money...
If he had posted in the old thread you'd have "nekro'd" him. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Here's the link to the original thread.
And call me silly because I name all my cars. Here's my post from the other thread:
I'll see you and Casey (hope I spelled that right) at C&C if the weather cooperates.
I've been checking the forecast constantly this week. Kitana doesn't come out to play in the rain.
I'm with you on this one, Ron.
I'm sure rain will have a significant impact on participation. Do we...
Ford really goes overboard with poka-yoke on their badges...there are four holes behind the GT logo. The howler badge required the Ford Racing decklid panel.
There can be issues if the leather is installed incorrectly. However, the leather seat cover manufacturers design the covers with weak stitching just like OEM.
Couldn't catch all seven cars in the photo, but it was great to meet with everyone today. Looking forward to next Saturday.
