Could you get some close up pics of that matte finish?
  3. Carbon Fiber Addicts Anonymous Thread

Yea between bigcartel and Trufiber those are the options I've found. I'm I correct that s550parts and Carbon Cartel are the same owner? Not great reviews in this monster thread but maybe thats all been worked out over the years. Being a perfectionist, I want the weave on all the parts to...

@alpha_s550 could you guys do an overlay for the passenger dash trim piece, just above the glove box with the mustang decal? You have the other prominent pieces I am looking for and I want matching weave.
  5. Interior Real Carbon Fiber pieces

I appreciate the new source but the selection appears to be all resin stickers
  6. Interior Real Carbon Fiber pieces

I am looking to replace a handful of the cheap plastic pieces in my PP2 with real carbon pieces. I want to do the door/window switch cover, the radio face, passenger dash piece (w/the mustang emblem), and 6MT shifter trim (SYNC). I'm not interested in the resin "stickers" that AmericanMuscle...
  7. Wondering how to remove the mustang dash emblem off interior dash?

Took the dash apart, got the trim piece and pushed the decal off. I think I might have lost one of the white clips in the dash from the airbag trim piece. Where is the easiest place to get spares and what part number?
  8. Wondering how to remove the mustang dash emblem off interior dash?

Could you point me to a walkthrough for removing the dash piece? I hope it’s not the full dash
  9. Wondering how to remove the mustang dash emblem off interior dash?

I didn’t realize the ford performance badge was flat and wouldn’t work on my 2019 easily. Did you ever figure this out OP?
  10. PP2?

Yep the 305/30R19 are another clue. It’s really hard to read those numbers on the sticker online sometimes though. I found the spring code was easier, if the listing even includes the VIN sticker
  11. PP2?

Agreed I’d prefer a Mach 1 with all the upgrades for a discount. At least it has the engine that won’t kill it self.
  12. PP2?

Same. Vroom had my loaded PP2 with 8k mi listed for less than some PP1 cars with more mileage šŸ™ƒ
  13. PP2?

I did a bunch of research into spotting a PP1 + magna and PP2 based on looks and common online photos. While it is best to run the VIN for a window sticker, a close second is checking the driver door VIN code. If the VIN has a SPR (spring code) of VVNV then its almost certainly PP2. PP1 with...

Or if the battery was disconnected, which seems reasonable if you are getting electrical work done.
  16. Configuring MyMode is really limited?

I have to be honest with the car in Sport and TC on, its already pretty relaxed. In cold temps, it’s pretty easy to light the rears up and it lets them go before interfering. This is unlike many other German cars were their TC will step in quickly to limit wheel spin at the first sign of slip...
  17. Configuring MyMode is really limited?

Ive had my 2019 PP2 for a few months and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to truly customize the MyMode. A few questions below: 1) Are you unable to set steering modes to normal / comfort while in a Sport engine setting? 2) Ideally I would love to have a mode with Track engine, track...
  18. GT Premium Ride Quality

I daily drive a PP2 (w/ Magna) on A/S (not the OEM PSCup2) and its not too stiff/harsh. Its a 460hp sports car, it should be firm but its fine. If you live around a lot of rough roads, you probably dont want any sports car....

  20. More easily lock the vehicle while running?

If your fob is buried deep enough in a bag with enough junk surrounding it, the car won't be able to read the RFID from the fob. You can test this if you take your fob and put it in an ESD bag (like what EZPass gives you or computer parts come in) or wrap it in tinfoil. I promise you its...
