I'll have a look at mine. It's been on my daily driven 2015 GT since 2016.
Update: Yes, as you can see, it's showing some significant signs of corrosion.
Anything with a HEMI. I don't understand it. Anything from a Hellcat to a RAM 1500; it just seems impossible for them to chill the fuck out. I also need to +1 STI/EVOs.
There are times where I have this issue appear with my OnePlus 6T and previously my 3T. If I turn the BT off and on again, it seems to resolve the issue when it occurs. I believe it's a bug, but Ford is unlikely to ever look into it for an old platform (Sync 2).
For whatever it's worth, I live in Edmonton, AB. To most Americans, may as well be the North Pole. I have been driving my GT as a daily driver in the snow since December 2014 without issue. My car does have the block heater option, but have never actually used it. If you have the premium...
BMW declined warranty on my wife's clutch @ 1500km and an airbag malfunction twice in the first year. They only offered to pay 50% at 10,000km when the engine decided it was done. That was roughly $6k out of her own pocket in the first year... but free oil changes! In contrast, I beat my Mustang...
Yes, unfortunately the Canadian version with the halogen bulbs doesn't match. They're more like 3000K. Looks terrible as a DRL with the headlights @6000K.
I have so many photos of the car, but you can't see the 3M in them. It's almost invisible, unless you're within a few inches of the seams, which is saying a lot considering the car is black. One of the local tint shops did the work. I had them wrap anywhere that would take abuse, being in a...
Based on my experiences alone, I'd guess that Steeda.ca orders from Steeda.com on an "on-demand" basis. Their CDN prices probably include shipping to them from Steeda.com from the US, plus the exchange rate and then some.
I've used both before. I'll also throw The Mustang Shop into the mix.
WMS and The Mustang Shop are very knowledgable. Matt at the Mustang Shop used to tune all the Terminators in AB/BC/SASK, including mine. Steeda.ca is cheaper for shipping, but you'll end up paying for it in time. Every...
I switched from a 2013 STI w/Tech to my 2015 GT Premium. The STI was tuned with intake, but still felt heavy and sluggish. Having to spool up the turbo to make it move got old. Don't get me wrong, the positive with those cars is they're built like tanks, but the problem is, they also feel/drive...
I'd tend to agree with you if we weren't already getting a bargain at a "37K" sticker price. This is a performance car with so much engineering value for the money, you can't expect to get unlimited value for your sticker price. The base Chevy Malibu is a poor comparison, everything already...
IMO, As far as head units are concerned, Ford's Sync 2 and 3 systems have been unrivalled. Even the aftermarket options pale in comparison. Not going premium was a big mistake on your part if you care about your in-car media. Base model radios are always basic, period.
