Yeah expecting low 30s next week as lows.
The one thing I actually didn't realize is you don't really need to care about the highs or mid-day temps, you need to care about your driving/commuting temps, which for lot of people would be close to the lows such as 7am commute in low 30s. Didn't...
Dude, any dealership, really, providing loaners right now is great, lots still do sit empty lot of places and being one of the lucky ones to get one is good.
As they say, "Czech yourself before you wreck yourself eh?" :D
Thought it'd be funny. It's two Czech dudes (per their description) with Mach 1 in Czech, which is somewhat rare and I speak the language (as that's where I'm from), so I figured I'd poke at 'em.
Yes, "highway" speeds are never the interstate or "autobahn-style" highway speeds.
I've lived in the US for about 12 years now between being a student and employed and temperature in Fahrenheit is still stupid.
On flat highway that's instant fuel economy, for entire trip I've gotten 28-29mpg on my winter tires (so 255s around instead of 255 front and 275 rear) on a trip from OH to the Czech embassy in DC of all places (can't renew passport otherwise). That's about 500 miles/800km one way.
Since you're...
Depends on your commute, the Mach 1 should be very dailyable. My Bullitt (which underneath is a similar car) is a wonderful daily, it's a fantastic cruiser even on very long trips. My commute is similar length to yours.
If I don't go crazy, I average long time 21mpg, on pure highway I'm...
I have gone to new Valvoline near me for wife's truck as it was badly needed. New location, super clean and I've noticed that most cars were vacuumed out.
You can ask them to drain it normally. I have some cooling issues on the truck, so I asked for a drain and for them to catch some oil for...
If I RECALL (see what I did there :D), this was the issue with backup cam while shifting into or out of reverse. I didn't have an issue with it and noticed no change to my car after they'd done it either, luckily.
Of course talking here as "only" a Bullitt owner, but I've got 2 winters under my belt now in Ohio (arguably lot less severe than WY, but I've lived in ND and MN for a long time before the Bullitt and OH) and the car is easily dailyable with good winter tires on.
I do usually increase the...
That does look decent, but I always get weirded out by things added onto the dash, that ain't gonna stay in a collision, that's a projectile waiting to happen.
How's the black levels though, app dependent or can your tablet get completely dark besides the numbers?
I've added the same one about...
This does look good on certain trims/models!
I wish there was a way to make the DRL tri-bars at the front bit brighter aside from unsealing the headlight assembly and swapping it for aftermarket units. :(
Ford is so inconsistent with DRLs. For example the Fusion's, Edge's, Ecosport, basically...
Yea, I read his follow-up after my post, just didn't edit my original comment.
Bullitts of my gen come with only manuals, but yeah I think it's the cat I'm smelling.
Yup, generally when I return home on country roads being in Sport+ with a few hard rips, when I pull into the garage it reeks of that.
And I almost exclusively get Top Tier Costco...
I think that's the third forum you're starting @op? Glad to see you so excited for the car.
Just an FYI, lived in MN for a while (not with my Mustang), but even here in OH where we get snow (arguably not as much), if you get good set of winters, no need to put the pony away once the white...
