Nice. Do they offer any upgrades that keep the warranty? The warranty tune is super conservative. Any help to bring up performance would be awesome. It's not overly impressive against e85 cars in stock form. I plan on hitting up a local dyno to see where improvements can be made later on.
lol Yeah, it’s a thing. It makes for the ultimate sleeper. I already have a supercharger that makes no noise.
Here’s a Fox with narrowed fronts by weldcraft.
Going to e85 on our setup gets expensive. The stock injectors are about maxed out. I’ve been warned it’s about $4k to upgrade the fuel system to run e85 and the supercharger???
There is a big difference in normal and sport mode in my car. Sport shifts a lot harder and holds gears longer. Probably still not as aggressive though. Sigh... you all are going to make me want a real tune on my car sooner than my warranty runs out. lol
These cars are definitely different than what I'm used to. In my 94 GT with an AODE and 3,500 stall... if I lose traction, it'll blow off the tires and you KNOW it. The car will kick out to the side. My 19.... is completely different feeling. It's hard to know it's actually spinning. It just...
I picked up an extra set of 19" PP1 wheels to use for stickies on the back. I'm curious if anyone has gone to the trouble of narrowing the fronts to say... 5" for track use?
This is EXACTLY what happens to me. I can't tell if the trans is just SLOW... or if it's hazing the tires to redline and falling on it's face. I think my edelbrock warranty tune has a redline of 7,600.
So.... around Springfield... it's a different world now. There were full drag setup cars that refused to run me from a dig when I'm on stock suspension and street tires. lol I had a lot of issues "roll" racing with the A10 my first outing. I couldn't get the car to hold a gear then auto...
Hey Ryan, nice car. Where in Kansas are you? I'm near Springfield, MO. It's good to see another Edelbrock car fairly close. I'm very interested to see what my car will do at the track. Not really into dyno numbers myself. After running my car "in mexico" vs a few e85 tuned bolt on cars, I...
