Yes, it does almost look white. What's neat is that the color changes based on lighting. In person its really much darker. These were taken with an iPhone.
I am very excited to report I took delivery last night of my Avalanche Gray GT350R. Unfortunately the weather in Chicago was cold (~53 degrees) and raining so I did not get to experience it too much. I drove her about 30 miles last night so I don't have a good sense yet of the cars true...
Does anyone know if the lugs used on the GT350 are the same as the GT350R? If so, these could be a real nice option and cheaper than some of the ones referenced above.

I am anxiously awaiting a call from the dealer as Cotus shows that I have "0 Days Until Delivery." I hope to get the call tomorrow! I'm very excited as I'm sure you can tell.
Your facts on the 991 GT3 are simply untrue. I don't know where you get your numbers from but I have not heard of issues near the extent you claim. 2014 GT3's had issues but nobody in my local PCA club is aware of any engine issues in the 2015/16's. Heck, my 2016 was at the dealer last week...
The JTL 3.0 units do look nice. I noticed however on their site the Driver Side is on back order. I sent an email to inquire about when they will be available again.
I have a 2017 GT350R being delivered next week. I was going to purchase the Ford Performance Oil Separators as I like the factory look but it appears that several on this forum have only installed one on the passenger side? Why are people installing only on one side? Are both sides needed...
BTW, I am hoping my 350R arrives in October and I can get enough miles on it and track it before the winter sets in and it goes in storage for the season.
Very cool! Couple of questions;
1. Did you leave your car in 3rd gear for the entire run?
2. What lap timer was that, Harry's?
3. Did you use a windshield mount with your phone for the lap timer and GPS data?
Agreed. I'm just concerned about the high cost of replacement for the OEM carbon wheels. I bent a wheel at the track last week in my M3. I (intentionally) hit a rumble strip at speed (out of a turn) and it bent my stock OEM M3 wheel. I would not want to do that with a $5k wheel. That's the...
Excellent! Thanks for the reply and honest answer. I hope my 350R will be here in early October. If so, I will be contacting you to discuss wheels options for the track.

Adam
