  1. Whats the best way to start your Mustang after Winter storage?

I believe if you put the accelerator to the floor while clutch in to start, it'll crank without firing. Some like to do this (couldn't hurt, right?) before actually starting the car, but I don't think it's really necessary Edit: here's a thread on this for reference -...
  2. Charge or disconnect BATTERY

I use the Noco Genius 1 trickle charger. Good little charger that does what it needs to for $30
  3. Front brake pads for 2021 GT

@Soulja4187 did you have to do anything different (i.e. sanding rotors, etc) when switching to the Powerstop pads since it's a different pad than OEM? Or just slap em on, bed em in, and good to go?
  4. Wheels - best bang for the buck?

Yeah no kidding, the 19x10 SP2s have been out of stock for months. How'd you like the wheels you have on the new edge?
  5. Wheels - best bang for the buck?

I've also done a lot of research on this, general consensus seems that LMR's SVE wheels are the best value. I'm probably going with the SVE SP2s when I get new wheels. A lot of people on here have SVE wheels and seem to have no complaints
  6. What floor jacks do you guys use? (lowered 500's too)?

I use this jack and these jack stands. No problems. My car is not lowered (yet) but the low profile should be fine for a lowered car. Also, I got this pad for the jack and these pinch weld protectors for the jack stands. They work great. Super cheap solution to protect your pinch welds!
  7. would you

That thing is badass. I'm jealous
  8. would you

Just moved to MA from SC this past summer, so this is the first true winter the car has seen. I'm garaging mine for the winters now and going forward because my plan for the car is to keep it for as long as I possibly can (I'm talking decades), so I'm doing everything I can to prevent salt...
  9. CARiD Sucks

Yes thank you for the suggestion!
  10. CARiD Sucks

Already done and refund received :sunglasses:
  11. Rate my suspension setup!

Suspension options make my head swim more than anything else
  12. Exhaust question: Catless LTHs + Corsa active extreme too loud. Looking for options

I would think so but since I don't have headers I'm not entirely sure, I haven't ridden in a car with aftermarket catted LTHs. There's probably some threads on this, if not start one and I'm sure people would be happy to chime in
  13. Exhaust question: Catless LTHs + Corsa active extreme too loud. Looking for options

If you want to keep the Corsa catback to keep that exotic sound then changing headers would be the logical choice. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense to buy stock headers bc with the cats they're so expensive anyways you may as well go aftermarket (I'm assuming you don't have emissions in your...
  14. Exhaust question: Catless LTHs + Corsa active extreme too loud. Looking for options

My immediate thoughts for options would be 1) high flow catted headers, don't necessarily have to go to full stock. I'd bet even high flow cats would quiet that sucker down a good bit 2) keep the catless headers but go to quieter catback like you said to keep the sound. I've seen some setups...
  15. It's time to leave for a little bit...

Sorry to see this. Glad you're ok Frank
  16. CARiD Sucks

In a pinch I tried some from Autozone and Advance Auto, didn’t work for me so I ended up ordering the OEM. They’re the front clamps that connect the headers to mid pipe
  17. CARiD Sucks

Lol cheap sheet metal exhaust clamps that don’t fit? Yes you can. Exhaust clamps to replace factory ones that function properly? No you can’t. I tried
  18. CARiD Sucks

CC dispute has been filed. Glad I posted on here, totally didn’t think of that
  19. CARiD Sucks

Now that is a great idea
  20. CARiD Sucks

Do yourself a favor and don't order from CARiD. I ordered two exhaust clamps from CARiD. First of all, I'm in MA and they sourced it from Arizona, not the most efficient so shipping took a while. I get the parts, and they're the wrong part. So the Arizona dealer pulled the wrong part from their...
