GT Pony, it's the connector directly connected to the bottom of the window motor. If you pull your door panel off and remove the speaker you could probably pull the connector down off of the motor through the speaker hole. There was visibly pooled water in my connector. Let me know how it goes.

Guys, I had a feeling that moisture/water got down on the motor or its connections. When I took it apart, I did indeed have a lot of water in the connector to the motor.
