this is a great thread! Most mustang dudes i know have been for a long time, owning multiple stangs through the years. Its cool seeing the different age members show their previous and or 1st mustang. If i only had more pics, my dads 67 gt, 71 mach 1, my older brothers 91 fox and then 2014...

This is my take away from all this playing around, keep it at 20 and enjoy.

It usually pretty cranked....in the 20 to 25 range. Today i tied the new ones in and its back to crisp n clean....at level 20 and below...ill be looking into further upgrading things down the road.

ok, so a quick call to Crutchfield and they are sending me a replacement set of 3.5's now the good thing here is I can install the ones I have waiting, so I can send the return back to CF within their stated window. Might even change out the center speaker with one of the extras. 1st time...

correct, still on stock amp for now.... this point is making me rethink the set up and may eventually get to that point since i like to play it loud. Small update... I purchased the same infinite's from amazon for 44 bucks so ill replace them and keep the volume lower in attempt to preserve...

Hey all, quick update on my speakers. Up untill a few weeks ago everything was all good. Then one day on my way to work, bumping my beats...i get some horrid hissing and popping from the passenger side 3.5.....now im only going in 2x a week so i kind of forgot how bad the speaker was untill...

getting frosty in the mornings! I think ill break out the cover also, still new in box.

Anything that I would want to drive would cost me more money than the mustang... so all in all at 695 a month is ok by me. Brandy new off the showroom floor at 46k. The most pleasurable part of my day is banging gears and enjoying the drive, makes that monthly payment seem nominal.

Cobra Jet is spot on for us NJ....recently pulled over.... asked what for and officer said no front plate ( in traffic being orderly) it was my reason for getting stopped, officer was phishing for something and my car fit the bill. Good thing he didnt check my trunk ;)
