Im glad to hear that I can refuse delivery if they do not have the car up to new specs, though from what I know, if I cancel my contract, i lose my deposit and have to pay interest for however long the car stays on the lot not sold. I hope they just repair the car instead of pulling that off.

this kind of stuff makes me sad, especially since you are paying out of your own pocket. If there's one thing i learned from this, is that I won't take my delivery if my car has issues.

I think it means delivered to the dealer, but COTUS can often be wrong. When you say TIA, all I can think of is transient ischemic attack, usually on the heart, so I would like to tell you to calm down :D

Hearing stuff like this surprises me on how well customer service works for Ford, both in the official ford and dealer sense. How in the world does a company say it is delivered and the dealer say its not there.
