I've had 12 cars tuned in the last few years and absolutely no issues whatsoever. Sorry to hear about your issues OP. I'm sure it's happened to every company at some point or another.

Sounds horrendous! I wouldn't care if it added 200 HP. Chatted downpipe and stock catback for me.

Livernois. They've built and tuned cars for me for 15 years and started in the EcoBoost platform very early on. They also work with the OEM's so I know my tune will perform great, yet retain OEM drivability

I've always had good luck with JLT on my previous rides as well. I did some back to back track testing with my 13 5.0. Had Livernois tune only, then had them send me a tune for the CAI and installed the CAI and updated tune and ran .3 quicker and it was repeated. Very impressed! Those gauges...

All of these features still work with a tune.

I'd definitely tune it, but the dealer CAN see that it has been tuned even when flashing back to stock.

I have a lot of friends with Livernois tuned EB's and I had their tune on my former SHO and all have got much better fuel economy than stock. Anywhere from 2-6 mpg depending on the vehicle.

They have multiple development engines at the shop. I was up there with a friend a few days ago and their engine is in the car and they are working on a lot of development right now while the weather is frigid and nasty.

I've owned several Livernois tuned cars. 1 EcoBoost.. A SHO that as tuned when new and raced weekly for 60,000 miles with no issues. Several of my friends also have Livernois tuned EcoBoost vehicles and none have had a single issue. I highly recommend them.

Tunes are designed for daily driving. Drove my Livernois tuned SHO daily year round and ran high 12's at the track with just a tune. My Mustang will be driven daily and stored in the winter.

I just thinks it's odd and somewhat comical that only one company has posted actual real world track results. Everyone has posted dyno graphs, some more impressive than others but myself, I could care less about a number a machine puts out. It's a tuning tool. The proof is in the pudding.. I.E...

Not to mention, Dan, the owner of Livernois was running a turbo on his SBF Mustang setting and breaking his own records in NMRA and Fun Ford when everyone else was running blowers.
