Does your co-worker have the Resonated X-Pipe too? With access to such a direct comparison do you think the Touring Mufflers from the Sport Cat-Back (Quite ones) system with resonator delete is louder/quieter/same as the Sport Mufflers from the Extreme Cat-Back (Loud ones) and Tru-X...

Ok...this is how I solved my dilemma. I took the one spacer from the old set that had the correct size hole to center the bolt. Just took the car out for a flog session and the belt stayed on and is riding true. Thanks for the feedback. -Cmy

During the initial troubleshooting the spacers were replaced sometime last year. -Cmy

Finally got around to installing the new tensioner tonight and my idler pulley seems sloppy and moves around a lot with the supplied bolt before fully tighten. Anyone else notice this? Should I try to center it or push to the inside before I tighten the alien bolt?

I still have the crackle and pop in my set up and glad its not gone. Going from a delete H-Pipe to this it knocked a lot of volume out of the exhaust. A tad too much for my liking and I'm considering moving to the louder Sport Mufflers from the Corsa Extreme setup to get some of the volume back...
