  1. I blew up my FBO Coyote!

No, no bouncing off the limiter at all. No money shifts or anything weird. Was shifting right before the limiter at 8k so anywhere from 7700-8k. It failed after the fact not during an acceleration or pulls, power was plentiful car was running great. Its a good guess that OPGs could have failed...
  2. I blew up my FBO Coyote!

We don't know yet. A rocker separated from a lifter and we lost cylinder 3. He thinks its a guarantee that the crank and valvetrain are completely toast. Definitely looks like we lost oil pressure somewhere along the way. As for what exactly failed we wont know until we do a tear down once its...
  3. I blew up my FBO Coyote!

That's kind of why I'm making this post. Wondering what I can do to future proof this guy while my new engine is in hundreds of pieces. It already has a $3500 built rotating assembly with crankshaft all balanced from MMR rated for 1000 hp with the works ARP Head Studs, ARP Main bearing bolts...
  4. I blew up my FBO Coyote!

Hi Everyone, A couple weeks ago I was in Mexico racing my roommates newly e85tuned/headers 17 Camaro SS 1LE. After several hard pulls to 8k (which I won thankfully, would be so much worse if I lost and it blew up, would never hear the end of it) we were pulling off the highway and as I was on...
  5. Planning my setup and would like advice

I have al the parts bmac and bluemustang mentioned waiting to go on with a set of OEM GT350 wheels on super sports.. Cant Wait!
  6. Wa cha think ‘15GT?

In January of 2017, 3 years ago I spent 27k on my PP GT with 11k miles already with a couple mods like exhaust and intake. No way this is a good deal lol
  7. WTF Ford and Michelin P4 are dead

lol get used to it bud
  8. Most common problems with long tubes?

Absolutely. Bought the car with the lowering springs already on it 3 years ago when I was much more green and naive. Had really no idea the magnitude of problems and headaches I was causing myself. Have already ordered a litany of mustang6g suspension nirvana parts waiting to go on the car this...
  9. Most common problems with long tubes?

I got one for you. If you run a lowered car, depending on the header, there's a chance they can scrape and when they do cause big problems. I was lowered on Eibach Sportlines with pypes headers and they've scraped and broke the header gasket almost causing damage at the heads.
  10. i5 autohaus Reviews

Yeah after failing to get any professional communication via their site/ phone/ email, I messaged them on IG with my fairly decent size page and they responded right away and shipped it out that day lol. Hood came in last Friday. Went straight to body shop so haven't seen it yet. Will report...
  11. Kentucky 2015 CompO Mustang GT Premium

Where did you get the decklid? GLWS
  12. BMR Toe Rods FYI

subbing, just bought a litany of 6g suspension nirvana parts and my local tech recommended I add in these adjustable toe rods for the adjustment for alignment even if I'm not tracking my car. Still worth the ~$200?
  13. California 2017 GT350 Avalanche Grey

Has to be the nicest S5550 I've ever seen. What's your shifter with that extended arm? Want that! GLWS
  14. MT-82 Improvements

You have to understand Ford buys the Mt-82 Transmission from MAGNA (formally GETRAG) a car parts supplier. Ford isn't designing and building this transmission in house to be the best it can be with all of their resources, they simply buy it from a supplier because its cheap. So you're right...

ordered a new gt500 hood from them. its over a month late... telling me it will ship Wednesday we'll see.
  16. Steeda sport or eibach sportline springs?

I have Sportlines now. Prepare to scrape on everything and go thru tires at least once a year. Also hope you don't plan on pushing your car hard, it bounces so bad on stock dampers the car is unpredictable. Already in the middle of a complete suspension swap to get rid of these garbage stance...
  17. 3.31 vs 3.55 vs. 3.73

Love my 3.73s on my full bolt on N/A setup. Raising the rev limit to 8k gives the 3.73s more room to work
  18. GT to GT350 fender and fascia

Like Mavisky said, you could get a replica bumper to fit a GT like I have from Ikon Motorsports (~$700 unpainted). If you want a true GT350 OEM swap prepare to spend thousands on all the OEM parts you need to make the swap (much more than just a bumper)
  19. Stay Away From Corsa

If were comparing who spent what... picked up my PP GT 3 years ago with 10k miles on it in pristine condition for 27k. Bought a "used" Corsa Sport catback from a member here on the forum for $800... anyways all this huff puff about adjusting the tips is blown out of proportion. One person...
