Can't get a GT PP in auto.

I've got a GT w/PP. I haven't driven a manual in years, so maybe I just need practice. But 1st and 2nd gear rev up so quickly its difficult to keep from over revving. Does anyone else have this problem? Is their a good after market auto available for the 2015, or should I just keep practicing?
