I hear ya. The rev match feature is nice on the street while not driving like a jagbag. It just adds a little fun to the drive.

Are OPG 100% necessary when going forced induction? Are they guaranteed to fail if say running the Whipple 3.0 kit at standard boost?

Yep, when I first sat in my loaded 2019, I said to myself, Ewwwww they really cheapened this thing compared to last years model.

Just got an email from RPI, they said the lead time is now 6 weeks. Only thing else I did was the Ford performance filter and passenger catch can. Redline hood struts as well. I want to throw a gen5 Whipple on next year, but am worried about throwing the warranty in the toilet so soon.

Just ordered a set of the RPI units in Kona blue/white lettering.
