Thanks man! I have seen the JLT intakes and tbh I just dont 'see' exactly what I want in my head yet when I open the hood. Im confident Vinny & co. will deliver whatever I do end up wanting when the epiphany comes. Leaning toward a red air raid filter...will see what service adviser says my...
I got CeramicPro 9H Gold Pkg on whole car, all glass, wheels+calipers for around $1600. The Gold Pkg has a 10yr warranty.
Keep in mine this does almost nothing to prevent rocks/debris from chipping your paint. It gets expensive in a hurry but I got entire car wrapped in Xpel ultimate prior to...

Wth it isnt stickied is beyond me....multiple useless ADM threads stickied and a thread like this with great information for new owners is...
Dang sorry to hear that OP. I have a couple (not quite as bad) in the front passenger side of my windshield. FWIW dealer was willing to replace it but I decided not to do anything about it. I figure at the rate folks report chips in the windshield it'll need replaced soon enough anyway.
I warrantied up so have not installed one and do not intend to until after they all expire. If my Ford service tech at the dealer recommends it during one of my scheduled maintenance stops will roll with whatever they say...thus far the warranties have been a beautiful thing :D
Spoke on the phone with service adviser at the dealer yesterday. She advised the damaged wheel will go back to Ford for analysis/refurb. Ford advised her it is slated to be patched and then installed on HR871 (totally messin Tom  )
But for real I will not be able to take the old wheel...
-Retrieved vm from dealer service folks stating my scratched CF rim would be replaced under warranty and only cost me $36.43 for the valve stem. :D
-Checked master clutch reservoir line. It was loose with a couple of beads of sweat but the level in the tank looks fine and no evidence of fluid...
Is it a very narrow opening? If it is wide enough to get almost parallel you should be able to get in there. If you can get all 4 wheels on the driveway/yard without scraping it shouldnt matter how steep the rest of the driveway is. At first I was going so parallel to the opening as to even...
Yeah I am definitely going to see what they say about the old wheel. Will keep you guys posted on how things go.
If nothing else so far it appears us NoVA guys have a solid service option from my experience thus far. If things continue to go smoothly will likely wrap this thread up with a...
I too have the drainage angle at bottom of my driveway...45 degree entry is your new best friend here.
I cannot get in front first without scraping unless I approach entry at a 45 degree angle. In other locations I have overcome very steep downward angles by easing parallel to the other side...
Update: Picked up a voicemail from dealer on Friday saying claim has been processed and they received authorization to order a new wheel. No ETA yet...said they'd be in touch next week. The only thing not covered was the valve stem so $36.43 will come out of pocket. I am curious to see what...
Hey Tom,
One way I know of is thru the dealer providing information from the vehicle visibility report in their system. The delivery date I was given via screenshot by my sales rep was spot on.
Ha we will see...would be really nice for this to be a positive experience with Ford and dealer huh?
Will admit your path seems less stressful...if only i werent such a rookie with this car. One day Tom, one day :hail:
