  1. NEXT BATCH BUILDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I look at it from the point of view that my pony is undergoing acclimatisation training. Current temperatures there are similar to winters here, although perhaps without the snow storms.
  2. Mustangs booked on the PARSIFAL

The PARSIFAL is closing in on Baltimore, due to berth at 0600 UTC 27 FEB (1700 AEDT 27 FEB).
  3. Show Us Ya Australian 2015+ 'Stang!

Brings to mind a certain gold medal winning ice skater. :first:
  4. Cars booked on the FAUST (Feb 2016 sailing)

I've been on many of these kinds of vessels and they generally carry all sorts of things as well as cars, including tractors, trucks, earthmoving machinery, RVs, giant forklifts that can move whole containers - anything with wheels.
  5. Bless my wife

I'm sure other factors will come into our decisions too. When I lived in Perth I was getting hammered with the cost of fuel to fill up my Jeep with its 4.0 engine so I convinced the missus to let me buy a motorbike. I never did the sums because I loved riding the bike and didn't want it to...
  6. Mustangs booked on the PARSIFAL

Not sure how you are seeing that info. When I put in my Booking Number (USBAL1413236) all I see is a list of 80 VINs with status (received at terminal) location and date. Nothing about the type of vehicle. Are you deducing this from the VINs? Would this list of 80 be all the Port Kembla vehicles?
  7. Placement of aftermarket lighting

Agreed. Went through two radiators in my ute last year. Bullbar prevented further damage but should have performed better - don't buy an alloy bar from East Coast Bars. I slow right down now if I have to dip my lights - learnt my lesson the hard way.
  8. Placement of aftermarket lighting

This issue has been concerning me for some time and with my car due to arrive in less than two months it's time to look at it again. I do a lot of night driving on country roads and really need to enhance the light output significantly to keep the giant jumping rats from trying to use my hood...
  9. Bless my wife

I've never been one to try and keep km off a vehicle - I'd rather be out there and using it. It seems like false economy to me to buy another car with all of the costs it entails (depreciation, fuel, rego, insurance, possibly interest) just to reduce the depreciation costs of another vehicle...
  10. Wind Deflector for Convertible

Driving a few in the States I found I needed to have the windows up if at speed, to stop my hat blowing off (hat is essential safety equipment in a convertible due to lack of... ahem... scalp protection). Does the rear screen solve that sort of issue?
  11. NSW Mustangs

Might have a SHO N STO and took it off while parked. Probably still not legal to do that parked on a public road.
  12. New Mustang Owner ages

44 here. This will be my second Ford and my second brand new car. My first Ford was an 87 Thunderbird that I had when I was backpacking in the US in 98. It had a 4cyl turbo engine and went pretty well. My one and only Holden was also my first car - the venerable Gemini. The Mustang will be...

  17. Mustangs booked on the PARSIFAL

AAAAAAAALRIGHTYTHEN!!!! I'M ON!!!!!! Wasn't expecting anything for another month given the stories we've heard. Nearly fell off my chair when it came up. ETA Port Kembla 31 March. The PARSIFAL is currently out in the Atlantic on her way from Southampton.
  18. GROUP BUY - Who's keen on magnaflow exhausts? - in Victoria (melbourne)

I'm keen on the MF Street axle-back but would still like to hear for real before I decide. I quite like the RTR version - not sure of the difference to the standard MF. American Muscle only seem to have a video for the RTR. Given the strung out nature of our vehicle arrivals and our far flung...
  19. Oz S550 spotted thread

I wonder if he'll wave back. :ford:
