Not as ballsy as you I'm afraid. The Corsa Extreme is hardcore, you'll love it.
I went for the Ford Racing 'Touring' as I just want the car to be how it should have been out the factory and that's basically a bit lower and a bit louder than stock.
If you cancel your order they have to give you it back. It probably wont be transferable as there's nothing in that for your first dealer. Fair on who? Why would dealer number 2 give you a discount on todays prices because you previously ordered a car with someone else. It might not feel fair...
If he makes an extra ÂŁ500 on it at current list price that's fair IMO. Dealers wont be making a tonne on these cars. Current price is still good value for a mustang and the market will allow for it. I would have done this previously if the right spec car up when my car was in no-mans land.

So got a call yesterday from the finance person at my dealer to discuss options (worth mentioning I requested the call as we still hadn't talked numbers) and at the end of the call I asked if by any chance there was an update on my car, they check and turns out it had arrived.. Like actually at...
Yes mate, it was eventually built mid November but didn't know it had definitely made its way onto a boat until today. It's cleared customs in Zeebrugge (can't imagine any don't) and waiting a boat.
I do remember my dealer saying they would let me know what boat it was on so I could track it...
Update from Karen is that my car is at Zeebrugge after being on the Columbia Highway. Apparently just waiting on the next boat going to Southampton.. Up to 3 weeks she reckons so I'm just going to kick back and wait on the beast. I've stressed about it enough and it's nearly at the finish line...
My understanding is that cancelled factory orders get re-allocated to the next person in line with that spec automatically. Once the cars are at the dealerships and people don't pick them up because they can't afford them or whatever reason they have, that dealer will then want the car shifted...
