Yeah, and no overheating issues. Steeda did a good job on that car.

I have no doubt that I'd be happy with the Procharger kit. Also the Whipple and Roush. I'm leaning toward ESS G2 refurb for cost reasons. Thanks for the info!
  5. Idle fluctuations (feels like it might stall)

I didn't perform the BMS reset procedure. Seems like the idle relearn is for an automatic?
  6. Idle fluctuations (feels like it might stall)

It started months ago. What's odd is that it will not do this low idle behavior for months and then all of a sudden it started up again. I didn't mention earlier, but I just replaced my battery last week. Not sure how that would cause low idle though.
  7. Idle fluctuations (feels like it might stall)

Haven't tried resetting the KAM. I think I can do that with the Procal tool that came with the CAI kit.
  8. Idle fluctuations (feels like it might stall)

I have a green filter from Steeda. I do have the https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-M8B kit installed. I changed the original filter with the green filter I currently have. Will check the MAF sensor.

Thanks Pistol_91. Installing it myself is probably not an option for me. Don't have the tools or the inclination.
  13. Looking for 500-600 whp

One thing I for I do have some tools and a parking spot. That said I wouldn't trust myself with the install.
  14. Looking for 500-600 whp

I think this is the route I want to go with. Thanks for the details!

Looks like ESS has refurbished G2 kit for $4K and change. Then I have to pay to get it installed, the tune, and I don't know if I need injectors and fuel system. but by my calculations it would end up being close to $7000 all in.
  16. Looking for 500-600 whp

I might have to check with Beefcake about beating the cost of the ESS. By all accounts so far the ESS seems to be cheaper, but not by that much, but perhaps enough to tilt my decision. I also have to take into account the cost of installation of the kit.
  17. Looking for 500-600 whp

Yes, I think you're correct. So does the procharger not require aftermarket tuning?
  18. Looking for 500-600 whp

looks like the ESS kit is a couple of thousand less than the ProCharger HO Kit.
  19. Looking for 500-600 whp

Thanks for bringing that up. Totally forgot about procharger. I'll check it out.
