I went with the Schroth quick fit pro. If you want to use a HANS device and I recommend it, make sure you go with the quick fit pro as the regular quick fit is not HANS compatible.
I added a buckle recie to the rear compartment from the 2017 Mustang so it still works. I just pull up the buckle...

Today they replaced the exhaust, replaced the pig tail, and I confirmed the wiring harness is not strained as it was installed so hopefully issues are behind us. I do plan on getting some additional heat shielding wrap to give it one more layer of protection.
That's the way my ZL1 Addons Tow Hook works. I think it's just the thread on these. It's pretty loose until right before it tightens up and then it's tight.
That’s where I think the Quickfit Pro is a good compromise.
Since it utilizes factory mounting points, uses the factory pre-tensioners, and has ASM technology it’s going to serve you well.
Yes a cage/bar would be best, along with a dedicated race seat, etc... But if you know the risks this...

caveat: You will have to purchase an 15-17 MY receiver for the back seat belt as Schroth doesn’t have one for newer models yet. There were also some slight design changes in the mounting...
