Hah! I'm 6'6", and thats something I always notice.. thats why I immediately noticed it in the video.. even more than the Shelby's :D .. and thats almost blasphemy.... :paddle:
Actually really digging that wing. Ive been eying the APR 200 drag wing as an alternative - not that I dont like the R wing - but thats not what I want to do.
Any more information on that wing?
Question - what is actually inside the resonators? Is it just a empty space - or are there baffles/obstructions in there to quiet it down? Google searching turned up both variants, and now im wondering...
I think saw somebody post pictures of the inside before, but cant find em in the search...
I had the same on the driver side. But the fender was probably 1/4" higher than the hood. Body shop here said that was probably the worst from factory they seen... They fixed the fender placement and patched up the door with some touch up paint.
6'6" @315 here with electronics package and wouldnt miss it! My daily driver too. Ive driven longer stretches, all the way down to Key West, up to Charlotte, no major issues with the recaros. They did need a while to break in, but after that, 3-5 hours, or whenever the tank is empty, no issues.
Need4SpeedMotors - you wouldnt happen to have a shot of a GT350 with extended front studs and 19*11 50mm on the front - and how the 5 or 7 spoke, or the 10 spoke look with the extended studs. I guess a shot of an R with any those would look very similar, just to get an idea how a square setup...
Question - if going with the R front hubs with longer studs, are there any recommendations for lugs to use with the stock wheels?
Planning to go with a 19*11 square 305 setup in the summer, maybe the 10spoke from NFS, so might want to do that beforehand.
