Actually, it's the opposite mate...you do not.
Quarter is a quarter mile 402,336 meters - no matter where on the moon or on mars. So are we trying to measure a "quarter time" or "drag strip time"?
If your friend's car runs 12 at the track it means it runs 12 in reality, if it runs 13 with the...
I found it reads .2s higher on average but it's very very repeatable - I can get the same time 10 times in a row. It's one foot roll-out measurement.
I did some tests and track apps is very close to the Race Logic with one foot...
Thread hi-jacked :ninja:
Yes 1/4 mile, sorry I'm a metric guy.
Best 1/4 mile from my track apps: 11.9s.
My friend has a Race Logic - very good 20 Hz measuring tool. My best time form RL 12.2s.
As for 4.09 gears - they will work perfect for this setup. I started with 3.15, swapped to...
I've seen 57lbs peak when it was colder - it was like 35'C back then.
It could be close to 600 crank - 11.9s 400m time in track apps, 12.2s with Race Logic. Street tires, normal road, 95 RON from Shell. Not bad but I'm going to try the 4.09 gears anyway :D
Here you go - some screens. I need to check my "TUNING notebook" - I've had a log with 32.9 of "saftot" but this one is not that bad either.
First pic MT, GT350 mani. Second pic AT, GT350 mani, long tubes, S3 comp cams.
Right lower corner - peak values.
I've been running on E85 in the past - it's available in DE...
I will send you my logs next time you ask me to review your logs m8...will send you one with 33@WOT on regular gas...
Misunderstanding, right?
You can - I'm seeing 32-33 in my friend's tune on regular gas. You can advance far more on E85.
The thing is you will not make any more power above 30 with pump gas.
And again, 2015 Coyote "can" make it's peak power with RON 95 only, race gas will not change anything.
I have Stage 3 Comp Cams - with a good tune you can't tell the difference!
If you are just after that stupid looped idle I have a video answer for ya...
[ame]
I'm seeing 40-ish down low and it keeps 30 all the way up to 8100 rpm.
You will not gain any more power with more than 30 degrees of timing - even 100 octane race fuel will not help you.
I found that car makes the same power with good quality RON 95 so you really don't need to use RON 98 or RON...
Noting to rebuild if the OPG breaks - it would be total.
I swapped OPG and CS even tho it was not recommended(by some). I'm revving mine up to 8250 on a daily basis.
Yes, I know...suppose to be a smart charging system aka shitty charging system.
Was not doing that before so something is wrong - or installing led sequential blinkers took all the load out form the system so, it's not bringing the charging voltage that high anymore. I don't have any bulb left...
