BMW M2, being released at the end of the year, estimating base of $55K. I'd get the GT350 over the M2 any day, but it's looking impossible to get a MY 2016 GT 350 for at or near MSRP. OR, if I had the lump sum cash, a well done 1966 GT 350 or 350 R Clone.

Can I hire YOU to get me a 350 at MSRP? I'd gladly give you a few grand "ADM" personally than give it to a dealership. ;)

Then why aren't dealers/Ford taking as many confirmed orders (with deposits) as they can? Right now, their only taking orders based on allocation. Will there be a second or more rounds of MY 2016 allocations once the car is officially released? Or is that it for 2016 and we have to wait and...

Seems like dealers will easily be selling the 1 or 2 or 5 GT350s we hear they're getting for their 2016 Allocation. Why wouldn't Ford just increase annual production numbers to meet demand? Why leave all those sales behind?

Yahoo .... I'm no. 42 or so on my dealer's "interest" waitlist. He says he's expecting maybe 10 - 15 GT350s this year. So, cool, I can't wait to get my MY 2018 GT350 in Fall 2017!

Keep in mind that the listed option pricing is stated to be for the 2015 GT350. And we know from the press release today that only 100 2015 GT350s (and 37 GT350Rs) will be made -- 50 with Tech Pkg and 50 with Track Pkg. So, the option pricing may be geared to those unique 2015 configurations...
