From what I understand, or read, the two piece drive shaft was engineered for mustang. The drive line is offset. So Ford had to engineer a two piece DS in order to delete NVH. Maybe one of those new fiber types would help eliminate NVH.

If you do go axle back you may be in need of bottle resonators between the axle backs and H pipe. Remember, Borla cat back systems do come with bottle resonators. The Borla S were made for an OEM system. A S650 with Switchfire and Borla S made 120 decibels until they put bottle resonators. Ut...

This is why I went Procharger with low to medium boost and not a Whipple. I don't expect to have over 600 horses, if even 600. Didn't get ma Mach 1 to race.

i watched a car get 120 decibels, and they installed two resonators. That helped. The mufflers were Borla S axle backs, which supposed to me quiet. Borla uses resonators on all their cat backs. I'll try to find the video about how they quieted a mustang with headers .

That beauty cannot be sold. It should be, someday, in a museum for all to see. That's the prettiest Mustang I ever seen. If I owned I could hardly take it out on the streets. If I did a high quality PPF would be needed.

Mach 1 MGW mounts to the chassis and transmission. So it's not truly a transmission mounted shifter. But thE MGW GT won't fit the GTs Getrag. I've heard MGWs getrag transmission mounted shifter is much better than others.
