Installed the eBay euro tail lights. They're manufactured by Vland but don't have the amber function (which I don't care for) so they're $100 less. The nice part about that is I didn't have to do the 3rd brake light wiring thing so they were just a 5 minute plug and play. Still have to change...

I now have 70k miles on my 2018. Yes, 70k. Had the BBQ tick and 2k rpm rattle the whole time and no issues at all. Also had the BBQ tick on my old 2012 and had a similar but more quiet rattle as well and it had no issues for the 165k miles I had it. I don't baby my cars either.

I was gonna say, sounds a little low for those mods with E85. You will probably make 500 with a full tank of E85

changed the oil, and fixed the annoying loud rattling noise i had at highway speeds. turns out my driver side plastic rocker panel/side sill was missing some push pins and was flapping around. popped some new push pins in, rattling noise gone. not sure why i didn't check this before.

He may have been talking about all the mods together, seems more realistic

hmm so you are still dealing with it then. i've noticed it doesn't cause any other issues in terms of driveability or anything it's just annoying when it pops up. i wonder if i should just deal with it.

Did they have to cycle them manually (by hand) or is there some way to do it by doing certain things in terms of drive cycles in the vehicle? I've been dealing with this issue for a while, but I know my warranty won't cover it since I'm tuned and on E85. It has gotten a lot better since...
