Well youre talkin to the right person because I researched Katzkin for ages for my new GT base and Ill give you my opinions. I always go no perforation because quite frankly why the f would you want holes in your leather? Never understood that trend, and Im old school and love solid leather. I...
I got pulled over doin a 120 in a 60 in my last Mustang. Pretty large ticket, but no biggie. Cop loved my Mustang. We dont have 'points' in this state so I have no idea what the fudge youre all referring to on the points thing you always see associated with speeding tickets on forums.
#1 Complaint after two weeks and its a BIG one is that this GT sounds like SH* stock. I would use words worse than sh if I wanted to describe how it really sounds imho. Its just a piece of crud, and I cant believe anybody approved this as the stock exhaust note on a 5.0 Mustang. I know the 4.6s...
I doubt you can change easily from a 201A to a 401A. Thats a model difference. You can add options yeah, but you cant bounce around from a ecoboost base to a gt base back and forth.
Which order? You mean the THIRD order? Because reading his hot mess of a post, I gather there was clearly a DORA on the first GT order, then he is purposely ambiguously vague on whether or not there was a DORA on the SECOND ecoboost order on 1/8. Now hes saying he doesnt have a DORA on his THIRD...
Did I say he doesn't have a right to change his mind? But when you go around changing your model on an order with a DORA twice dont come whining to us like you're some victim. Yeah orders will get complicated when you have user error complicating the fudge out of things.
Look this one is 100% your fault, and Im usually critical of dealers. You dont change something as significant as your model 15 times and expect not to have issues. I mean how does one not know if they want a 4 or 8 cylinder Mustang when they decide to order? And then to go back and forth. I...
Look the bottom line is they just dont know how to make the aluminum hoods correctly. That is to modern tolerances. Simple as that. I have a late late production GT and the hood is just a hot mess. There is a gap in the front. Do i worry about it much? Not a single second, when you walk away...
Axlebacks are a non starter for this generation. 99% of people arent going to cut their pipes to install axle backs. But I do agree that cat backs are very expensive, but for somewhat understandable reasons. Also the Mustang is still new and niche and not many are out there. The prices will come...
Who buys a GT for gas milage tho? Thats like worrying about the mpg on a Saturn 5 rocket moon mission. You wouldnt buy a GT if you were worried about fuel economy.
I don't get the whole 1964 DNA thing going around. Seen a few now. These 15s are about the farthest thing from classic Mustangs as possible. I would get it more on like a 2005 Mustang when it was new.
The base GT has HIDs, push button start, rear camera, power dual front seats. I mean I am amazed at what IS included in the base GT this year. Whats missing as far as bells and whistles? Its all appearance crud mostly.
