I'd stick with the stock CAI until you switch to the GT350 setup, at that point, go with the Stock GT350 Setup, change the filter to the Ford Performance blue dry filter. The stock setups will save you a lot of drama, trust me.
I'm happy with my MAK Cat Deletes. I couldn't justify the labor cost nor the price increase going to headers. My car runs well, trapping 119.71 mph. Not too shabby.
