Whether the OE fluid will be serviceable for you depends a bit on your skill level, your tires and the particular tracks: more speed, more grip, higher intensity braking will obviously put more stress on the fluid's capabilities. That said, the fluid is fine for several "average" track days...

Haven't seen (or looked for) and Enkei in the proper size or bolt pattern. Plenty of experience with Kosei and Apex at a similar price point. Very well made and durable wheels.
The CF5V is one of the wheels I've been looking at. Running the staggered setup is definitely a prime option, and simpler in many ways.

The question then is what spacer to run on the front to keep the wheel tucked in. The trick for us non-engineers to understand that the offset numbers and fitment run in reverse.

I'm planning on running a 305/30 square setup, and sticking with 11". That's not written in stone and is one of the purposes of this thread. I do think that 11 up front is plenty of wheel and tire.
