Context. Read the post to which I was responding. He used the power windows in his own mind as some kind of wedge issue to purposely give a reduced functionality car.
Alright here's my wrap up.
Ordered 12/2, Built 12/15, Delivered 1/2
Exactly a month! Priority 1 rocks! Get your dealer to give you one in negotiation. I got 1250 in rebates. 500+750 EAA. Along with X Plan of course.
Whats the point of that? Does it make any difference to you financially to spring for the power windows? What exactly are you teaching her? That she should spend even more money sooner to replace a half functional car when you could have gotten her a fully functional car in the first place? Then...
Why would somebody pay 1200 a month for a 30K property? It makes no sense. I mean first off what kind of dump would it have to be to be 30K? And if it were 30K why wouldnt rents be dramatically lower?
Well since you're from Dubai, you dont need to worry. You can just buy another new car next year when you get "bored" of this one ;-) Oh but I think gas prices are in free fall, not sure how that affects your wealth hehe
Nothing wrong with parents buying kids a car... What are they going to do with it all? Give it to their kids in 50 years when everybody is old and it means nothing? Better to give things to them when it means something. Baby boomers are sitting on massive amounts of wealth in housing stock...
Quite honesty, the comments from him mean nothing to me. Just look at the cars in the video. The Mustang is all over the place. Its pitching and rolling. You can see the rear and the front swaying. It looks more unstable around corners.
Interesting comment, Carlos Lago on Motor Trend had the exact opposite opinion on 1LE vs GT Track Pack. He even goes on to say in the video that he prefers the 1LE even in every day driving conditions and it does look 100 times more planted and stable than the Mustang everywhere. Road and track...
The lighter colors would indeed work well in Dubai. All 3 between CO, Race Red, and Triple Yellow look good, Im partial to race red of course because its an amazing red. Really glows.
LEDs produce truly sh* lighting and Itd be a cold day in hell before I ever wanted them anywhere near something like my headlights. Just the worst type of light. The color temperature is all wrong, the light just looks like its from some alien world. I mean I compare streets lighted in LEDs now...
What's to figure out? Either you are covered for an accident or not.. I mean you're out the deductible and the rest is handled. If it's totaled it's totaled. And you want gap insurance because theyll just pay off your car and you can go shopping for a new one. No hassle. Ive had multiple...
Exactly. Insurance isn't something you can get any insight from using others rates. Based on location, on deductible amount (I choose 250 but many choose 1000), what your state mandates, your age, whether you are adding gap insurance as well, etc etc etc etc etc There is no one answer.
If you buy an auto, just let the car shift. All that paddle shifting stuff is just toys, almost gimmicks. Thats why its doubly as important that you get the 3.55 gears on auto so it shifts somewhat correctly and quickly.
Heh it's a Mustang, I wouldn't be worried in the slightest in putting in aftermarket audio like speakers l, sub, etc. To put it right out there, these things aren't even put together in the greatest quality in the first place. Its a Ford, they dont have high tolerances and it ain't going to...
Honestly with the top chopped off in the picture it looks even more like a Fusion coupe now. Dont love any of the front ends and liked the red GT picture atleast a bit better.
