Glad you got it open. You have to remember, the heart of this car is a $20k rental car. Your $60k is going to the motor, tranny and suspension... little things like this are going to carry over from the base mustang.

right... except you're starting with a GT350 not a base auto mustang.. huge difference there. the cars are identical save for a few things, one of which a lot of people remove anyway because they're mostly impractical for anything other than a full on track car.

I get why they charge more... but why is it worth more? The carbon wheels are cool and all, but it seems most people pull them off anyway and buy "streetable" wheels unless they're making it a full track car. I'm willing to bet in a couple of years there will be some aftermarket carbon wheels...

What makes an R worth $18k more than a regular? Serious question.

having spent nearly all of my track time on motorcycles, when going around a corner, we look through the turn, past the apex... i find myself doing this in my car in the canyons and have a bit of difficulty seeing around (through lol) the A-pillar... looking at that picture makes me wonder how...

The static ones were out of my D750 with 24-120.. not sure what my buddy was using for the rollers.. pretty sure he had a Nikon as well... exif says 24mm, and it was a prime

objective of course, but the hellcat was an auto, so fun wise the 350 def had an edge... it was the slowest, but still not slow, and plenty of power when the road gets twisty
