Tire mounted and balanced.
test fit in the trunk, like a glove. It will raise the floor 1.5”-2” but fits snug in the well, fully inflated.
Going to see if I can get some threaded rod and build a tie down that can go through the center.
I may also trim the trunk floor or acquire a second to...
that will work on GT350 but not 2020+ GT500. I haven’t seen a 19” that can clear the brakes.
This is the tire I ordered. A solid tire that I hope to never have to use. I couldn’t see paying the premium for PS4. Falken FK510, 92Y speed rating and XL load capacity.
went with 235/35R20. Hoping it...
Working on this.
found this thread. The tire is a 255/40R19

that’s about a 27” diameter.
so I am thinking if I can grab something with 26.5” or so that I’ll be in good shape.
225 or 235 with a...
So now that our wheels are coming in, time to pick tires. Going to have to take some measurements of the hole in the rear. But ... Looking even at some 225/235 35 tires, with a diameter of 26.2/26.4" is interesting. Again you are within 5% of the factory tire, which seems well within the range...
I am right there in the same boat as @Epiphany.
Tracked a car that was built to be tracked, but could have not stopped when asked to stop.
I had to skip a track day, couldn't get a refund for it, on day after Thanksgiving, thanks to the recall, but better safe than sorry.
I reached out to my...
Which Naviks interfaces did you get? Seems like there are multiple options and none shown for a 2020 Mustang / But one large multi input box shown for a 2019 Mustang.
Awesome showing.
Good article, that continues the acclaim this car has been grabbing since it's introduction. The bit with the TRX was truly laugh inducing. Sounds like a "COVID" because we can inclusion, and it made me chuckle.
I vote for still getting the wide body too. It’s totally unique and looks amazing.
it’s funny how our experiences shape how we view different design cues. I got into cars in the import scene originally. To me, a deep dish, RX-7 FD, Nissan GT-R, Honda S2000, Toyota Supra and other cars from the...
PSA ... the entire NOCO line is steeply discounted at Amazon right now for Cyber Monday. Just picked up a couple of trickle chargers and their big battery jump starter.
Snapped some pics of my new enclosed trailer as well as the new work we just finished up to store said trailer at home instead of 30 minutes away at a buddy’s house.
Car fits great and the trailer tows phenomenally well.

Thanks!
Hope to do so! I was all set to go to the track on Friday this week (Black Friday) but the brake pedal recall put a damper in my plans. I know the chances of something happening are slim, but better to be safe than sorry.
Thank You! Signature wheel has it dialed in.
I am in the bay area in Northern California, I went full paint correction, 100% full custom coverage in PPF, a high end ceramic coating, Interior protection, and glass protection. Long warranty and satisfaction guarantee.
Everything is expensive...
Steeda makes a kit, as does Watson Racing.
The front Steeda kit, likely requires modification to work with the GT500, but the Watson front kit, looks like it would work just fine:

These are an inexpensive / easy way to add some hook points.

May or may not work with jacking rails...
I just pulled up the alignment report from the track alignment I had done after putting in CFTP springs and my camber plates and the rest.
Caster is measured at 8.1 on my car (makes sense that it lines up with the CFTP setting now.
We kept Caster setting at factory in the Vorshlag camber plates.
