Thanks for the input, I solved the issued by having them welded. They were fully closed but still moved around.

Yeah I was aware. I'm not touching the headers as I don't want any inspection nightmares. I do want a tune with burbles in track mode 😀... I had the tips welded, I forgot to tell them to cut the bolts. Looks good and no more rattling.

From the research I have done, the best option (IMHO) seems to be the Corsa with double H pipe.

I have 4 black exhaust tips that are bolt on but they don't stay put. I hate the raw exhaust tips on the active exhaust (2019 GT Premium). I thought about taking it to a shop to weld the black tips to the OEM exits so they stay solid and permanent. I know some materials cannot be welded to...

Cool build, the problem is that by using the Bullitt logo is like installing the Cobra badges on a GT, or people with fake AMG, 5.0 etc. It's very immature, by presenting a fake product, imitating the characteristics and quality of a superior product. Totally different than installing hood...

It's hard to capture the lower tones with cellphone video but here is my setup with just Steeda H-Pipe. Love the tone, just wish it was a bit louder, although it's plenty loud on Track mode. I almost feel the solution is catted tubes but I don't want to worry about CEL and emissions. Thank you...

I searched the forum and didn't find anybody with this setup. Has anyone installed the Steeda H-Pipe and Corsa Xtreme together? I currently have their H-pipe with stock active exhaust. The sound it's amazingly deep and throaty but I would love to raise the decibels quite a bit without touching...

With today's technology, manual transmissions are obsolete. The same reasons our ICE cars will be in 5 - 10 years unfortunately.
