  1. 400 pound weight loss??

If this is the case then maybe they can afford to use more expensive materials and techniques because the costs will be saved with other cars?
  2. "expected" weight gain

If I have to take a guess, a fully loaded GT will probably be around 3550lbs. The latest M4 which has about the same dimension if only slightly smaller weighs about 3400lbs so 3550lbs is not too unreasonable.
  3. What I dislike about the 2015 so far

The only thing that I don't like so far I the front end which is slightly, just slightly too much for me. But ultimately, it's the overll weight distribution that matters at the end.
  4. 2015 Mustang Appearances

That's partly why I didn't go. Considering the amount of rain we have in Socal, I mean of all the days to have rain it's that one day. Yeah but I hope they'll have one tomorrow.
  5. 2015 Mustang Appearances

I'll try to stop by Car and Coffee in Irvine this Saturday and see if they have the Mustang there.
  6. 2015 Mustang Appearances

San Diego auto show might be the best bet for those in SoCal.
  7. Any info on weight distribution?

I think besides the suspension, this might be the most critical. I am wondering if there is any info on the weight distribution. The current Mustang is a bit nose heavy. Just curious to see if Ford has made any improvement on this. From what I've heard, they use aluminum for the front fender...
  8. 2015 Mustang Pros & Cons

There is really no reason for 20in. 19 should be fine. 20 will just add more weight but doubtful it will give you any performance or handling gain.
  9. OFFICIAL S550 Mustang Press Wallpapers Pics!

Based on Edmunds: http://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/features/2015-ford-mustang-first-look.html Well this got me a little worried. I don't understand why Ford couldn't get this right. The current car is quite a bit nose heavy. The new one is "a little less" nose heavy. I mean what does it...
  10. 2015 Mustang Revealed (First Official Images)! Via Autoweek Magazine

While I think Chaz did an admirable job and got most of the details accurate, I always thought the front overhang was a little too much. I was much relieved that the real one has quite a bit tighter front end.
  11. Join Us Live on Dec 5th for the 2015 Mustang Debut & Give Us Your Questions for Ford

No kidding. Various renders from Chaz had me worried though. But some of the recent products from Ford such as the MKC, Edge look very promising.
  12. Join Us Live on Dec 5th for the 2015 Mustang Debut & Give Us Your Questions for Ford

Will they have the actual car there or just some pictures?
  13. Join Us Live on Dec 5th for the 2015 Mustang Debut & Give Us Your Questions for Ford

    1. Weight distribution? Does Ford really care? 2. Flat crank rumor? 3. Comparable to C7 performance?
  14. Join Us Live on Dec 5th for the 2015 Mustang Debut & Give Us Your Questions for Ford

I can't believe it will just be 11 days more of waiting .... with all the possibilities.
  15. chazcron's 2015 Mustang 3D renders and 'shops

I am sure some details are right but as a whole I just don't think it's quite right. I still think the front overhang is a little overdone probably just to make fun of people who think the Mustang is just a retro muscle car. If you're the sort of tree guy, it's alright. But I am more like a...
  16. All 2015+ Mustang S550 renders / chops compilation

Hi Chaz, Sorry I didn't mean to say anything bad about your interpretations. I grew up with the Mustang so I am a bit passionate. I really want the new Mustang to turn out really well. I think Ford and GM have been very serious about performance so I just feel that it's important to have a...
