After putting headers on, I cracked a sensor when lifting up the engine. Right behind the manifold that has happened to some and I didn’t know to disconnect it before hand. Replaced the part but I’m still getting a check engine light because of it so a 60 dollar part vs the price of an 18...
Has anyone locked out IMRC on their gen 2 ?
wondering if it’s worth it to just go ahead and get a 2018 manifold especially if I have to pull the gen 2 off just to lock that out
I’m trying to learn enough to become dangerous. I look at my log file on the VCM scanner tool and a lot of the parameters I don’t understand.
who can answer these questions?
- what parameters interact with others? (example rpms impacts speed because ....)
- what are the most important...
Well I did a search and couldn’t find an answer. When jacking up the engine recently, I broke off a connection behind IM next to firewall. Can’t find a part number but a friend has the complete kit for an 18 manifold.
Anyone know If that will be a suitable replacement for a stock 2015 IM?
Have any pictures with brake applied to see how bright they still are? Also, do you know the tint % they used? Looking at letting same shop that did my windows do these on the rear but not sure if 35 percent is enough or too much.
Yeah I know the current situation but figure that’s not made it’s way to shops yet. Hate I waited till now but only had car 7 months so was trying to get used to it stock before looking to add power.
Have you gotten an answer on this? I have found a couple used for sell but am skeptical. If it’s a Lund ngauge then it should be easy process to buy new tune and have tuned for your car. If it’s an HP ngauge that’s where I’m wondering what the process is because of credits.
