What kind of fuel pressure does this motor put out? Being a Ford (I know GM products, but not so much about Fords) and running Direct Injection, I'd think that the fuel pressure was pretty high. I think that it's around 2200 psi on a GM motor, so I'd guess that it was similar on these, but...

I'm not sure what drag is on these motors, but using 15% for the calculation and figuring the motor at 460 bhp, this motor at 400 to the wheels makes 200 horses per liter! That's pretty darn good if you ask me! To get the same hp/liter, the 5.0 would have to make 1000 bhp! The EB motor...

Unless you race on the same track on the same day, there will be more variables involved. Things such as elevation, DA (air density), track prep, etc. Trap speeds will indicate power to a point, but I can't see it doing a bunch of good unless they are actually racing each other on the same...

I'd think that a two step ignition controller might help or install some type of boost controller that works by gear or speed.......or just get some better tires for track days. You'd take off at lower boost and have it ramp up as you got moving. Kind of like a progressive nitrous controller...

A GOOD body shop would have Zero trouble matching paint. They don't paint just the spot in question. They'll blend it into the panel and paint it that way. I've seen plenty of hard colors that come out looking like nothing ever happened. Colors such as pearl whites (Lexus), metallic oranges...
