When Bill at CJ Pony installed there was no mention of fitment issues. did not look like there were any either on the video. Ordered my Magnaflow Street Series today.

Yep, Bill at CJ Pony did note a slight sound on the Magnaflow setup at 2000 rpm that he said was barely noticeable. I trust him but I would like to hear from customers-but like I said I might be the tester!

Thanks Eco good to know. I like the FRPP exhausts. Hey Tc let us know if there is any drone with your Magnaflow setup; although I might just pull the trigger anyway. Love the sound of the Magnaflow.

Question. Is there going to be some level of drone noise with any catback exhaust system that deletes the resonator? And for those who have catbacks is the drone super noticeable? Please indicate your specific catback system. Thanks.

I want to keep my warranty so I am waiting on the FRPP tuner. FRPP has already proven that they can get a lot out of a tune-Focus ST 90 hp improvement I believe. Even if some other tune adds a few more ponies, the peace of mind of warranty outweighs the possible extra horsepower for me.

Thanks. Sounds perfect. Mine comes Monday, not tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing if there is noticeable power increase from stock. But the guaranteed sound is cool too.

Hey thanks Mike for the info. My JLT should be delivered tomorrow. A little concerned about the apparent extreme loudness. Hopefully using the blow off tube will bring it down a little. Guess I will find out! Thanks again!

I definitely like JJ's idea of testing CAI with stock tune since I still have the stock and not sure if I will get a tune. Sounds like the best way to compare. JJ, is it your intention to test and compare other CAIs as you suggested?
