Installed a Quik-Latch on the driver's side bumper. The other side is fine so I won't fool with it until it breaks. That one screw up in the corner was a pain to get out.
Mine does the same thing. From researching a lot of people say it's the Torsen differential but now you have me wanting to take her in and get it checked out.
The plastic snaps that attach the front fascia. Mine just broke on the drivers side, which seems to be a pretty common problem. :curse:
So I just ordered the Quik-Latch Release Latch. Looks like a good, simple solution. Sure beats buying another bumper.
New wheels are on. Excuse the dirtiness. Haven't had a chance to clean the car or tires/wheels. Just pulled out of the alignment shop.

Honestly I bought it used so I'm not 100% sure but it does look lowered compared to other GTs I've seen in town. Still figuring out what all the previous owner did to her.
OK, waited until the rest of my parts came in and gave it another shot today. And I'm happy to report success. So if anyone else runs into this problem here's what I did.
First I used a dremel to remove the top part of the shift knob hoping to get the heat gun to heat everything up enough to...
