I listen to a lot of Ferrari engines and I don't think they sound at all like a 4. It does have that 4 sounding sequence but much more muscular and with a lot of low end grunt.

After listening to the vid with a better sound system, it definitely does not sound like a 4 because the exhaust has a bit more low end grunt and rumble. It does sound a bit like Nissan V6 but slightly denser. The Nissan V6 has a lighter note. But I am not sure the sound in the vid is V8...

The writer was riding shot gun along with an engineer - so in total there are three persons in the car. All of a sudden you have a 3800lbs Mustang which probably will affect the acceleration. Whenever I have two additional persons in my G35, it does feel slow and sluggish.

I am not surprised. The Mustang has always been an affordable performance car - same as was the Boss and Boss LS. The basic design is very good already. They just have to add more hp, more aggressive suspension tuning, carbon brakes ... and probably removing some weight here and there.

Most likely the GT350 will use some version of multimatic shocks. There was a thread way back about Multimatic shock became sponsor of Ford racing. But since this shock is also being used by the Z28 so it must suck bad. :D
