So I find that owning my GT has cut into my motorcycling time quite a bit (I will have had my 2017 for two years next month). The wife and I share four sportbikes, and no car has ever cut into my riding like this, even my C6. No regrets, just surprising how much more I like to take this car...

Maybe some of you all with more knowledge can tell me if any of this reflects on the OP’s question. My GT350 consumes a quart every 1000 mile or so. I also own a 99 Super Duty with a V10 that has had similar consumption since new, and never has had any problems. It’s now at almost 20 years...

I have an 09 Yamaha R1, and the crossplane crank totally transforms that engine. Sounds a lot like the Honda VFR V4’s, which sound like V8’s. Very weird. Honda changed the cranks after the first generation of V4’s and the sound of the engine was vastly improved.
