  1. Air bag light on

Okay thank you Brother. I sprayed duster into driver's side seat buckle and the light shut off as I was spraying it. I cleared stored code and all seems to be well. Key cycled a bunch and a few rides and no airbag light. Never in a million years would that have been where I thought to check...
  2. Air bag light on

    Ill give it a try.
  3. Air bag light on

I have not. Would it be wise to use computer duster to try to blow it out?
  4. Air bag light on

Yes I am aware. Thanks for the heads up!!
  5. Air bag light on

Yes, all of my buttons are working. Im almost certain its a wiring issue under drivers seat. If I move the seat around the light comes and goes. I had the light go out and cleared the DTC with FDRS and it stayed out untill I moved the seat. I disabled easy entry exit seating and as soon as I...
  6. Air bag light on

It may be under warranty, but I'm not thrilled about someone tearing my car apart looking for said problem. So instead, I came here asking if anyone else has had this issue and if so, what was it? This platform is more than 10 years old. Surely someone else has encountered this. If I decide to...
  7. Air bag light on

I have been chasing an intermittent and now constant lit airbag light. The code associated with the light is B1404:13:8B (Driver side airbag deployment control). I have a 2021 mustang GT premium with heated and cooled seats. I have read that it could be a broken wire under the driver's seat. I...
  8. Going back to the Mustang world

Why not? I know they can feel notchy at times but from my experience. The gear box responds very well to a high-quality gear oil. It really cleans up a lot of the problems. I have not had a 3rd gear lock out either at high RPM like I would experience before switching fluids. I myself went with...

  10. hood struts?

:fistbump: I would have to agree with you and say it was an incorrect installation if it damaged the car. My FP set were easy to install and fit and work as intended. Not to mention they look good
  11. Power Seat Removal

Make sure you disconnect your negative battery cable before performing electrical work on your car? As far as position you may need to reset after disconnecting battery. Not sure with that to be honest.
  12. hood struts?

I put the ford performance hood strut kit on. Its only been a few months but so far so good. You do need to slightly modify your battery cover to make it work.
  13. FJG With Clear Tail Lights

Is this a picture of your own car? If so what spoiler do you have. The back of that car looks So Good!!
  14. OEM vs. Aftermarket Bumper Cover

I have never bought an aftermarket bumper for my mustang but have bought aftermarket body parts before for another vehicle. I would NEVER do it again. The fit was not right and they required a lot of time and modification to make them work. Holes didn't line up and the overall fit was terrible...
  15. Manual oil/grease

I run Amsoil DCT in my MT-82. Big improvement in shifting smoothness. I should have switched on day 1 to be honest. Huge improvement in my Gearbox in my opinion.
