We will be attending the Artomobilia car show on Saturday August 28th at the Carmel arts & design district. We will have a booth setup and several cars on display. This is a really cool car show as they shutdown the downtown area and have 100's of cars. Here is the link to the event page for...
Was it the right rear? If so its likely it wasn't the shock. That is where the rear axle vent runs over to. We have had to make a separate catch can for any of the cars that get raced regularly or ran at high MPH
Btw you will need to add a fuel filter. The single pump has the filter built into the fuel pump assembly. On factory twin pump cars they are equipped with a fuel filter inline. The nice way to do it would be to get a hold of the factory feed tubes from and filter from a GT350. If you didn't...
Get a second FPDM. Don't mess with a hop switch. There is room in your factory fuse box to add another fuel pump relay next to the existing fuel pump relay and fuse. Splice the trigger wires from the existing FP relay to control your new added relay. Run the power from that relay to new...
This is the link for the half mile event in Marion, IN on August 14th and 15th. We will have at least 4 maybe 5 GT350 builds there.
Indy Airstrip Attack
This have been the story of car gatherings in Indiana for as long as I can recall and not exclusive to this platform. We will be having a open house when we move into our new facility, but it will probably be next spring unless we can work a miracle and have it ready by fall. We will be at...
Also in regards to the factory feed line size, it's not a restriction that would cause this. We have made a tad over 1000 whp on supercharged GT500s factory fuel system and a bit over 1100 on the factory GT500 fuel system when swapped to twin turbo instead of a supercharger. No BAP either...
Do you even have a fuel filter? The filter is built into the pump assembly on factory single pump cars. However the GT350s and GT500s that have the twin pump setup don't have room for a filter in the pump basket so those cars have a filter in line on the feed line under the car about halfway...
Our existing turbo packages work on these as well no further development needed. I would love to do some Mach cars though. We also now offer built 3160s as well. We cryo treat and rim polish everything, replace all the plastic shift fork pads with bronze pads, replace the 1-2 and 3-4 forks...
It is a input shaft, but curious as to why the would make it with straight cut gears and not helical gears like a 3160 has. It would be awesome if they had straight cut gears and dog tooth faces available for the 3160 though
